You want it "just so" and frankly, it stresses you out to think about what the outcome would be if you left the detail decisions to someone else? Then you’ll want to be involved in most every decision.
Does the above sound way too involved? You don’t want to feel like you need to learn a whole new thing just to get a great statement table? You feel like when you pay for something of high quality that the craftsperson should make these calls? Then lean more on us to help make recommendations and guide you through this. The last thing we want is for you to remember the experience as anything other than delightful.

Rest assured that if focused, we can get through these decisions in as little as 45-60 minutes.

After these up-front design discussions are conducted and decisions are made, we take it from there and keep you updated along the way. Expectations from start to finish are outlined below, but you should expect an 8-16 week timeframe from the time we receive the deposit until completed.

Step 2: design options & timeline expectations (1-2 weeks)

Based on what we learned in step 1, we should have enough info to provide options or design something. We can also start talking about timeline, which can be impacted by several factors:

Sourcing the lumber we decided on: species, thickness, live edge/not live edge, dramatic impact desired can all play a part in even starting on a project.*
Based on current commitments and backlog, we will work with you to find a specific start date. **
Complexity of the table and legs. With each table being one of a kind, there could be complex techniques needed that add to the build time.

*Keep in mind that trees are natural and grow at their will vs. our desires, so sourcing just the right piece can take time. If materials are readily available, cost estimates may happen much faster.

** Please note that our commitment to client focus is a core value, so each client will get our dedicated attention until their project is completed. Should circumstances allow it, we will make every effort to pull your project forward in the queue.

Step 3: pricing and build (4-12 weeks)

Once we source the right piece(s) for your project, we will be able to increase the fidelity of timeline and certainly the estimate.
If you agree to the estimate and timeline, a 50% deposit will start the project.
Throughout the build, we will provide video and photo updates along the way so you know how your project is progressing.

Step 4: delivery & installation (1 day)

Option 1: For our hourly shop rate, we will deliver and set up your finished table at your location anywhere within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC
Option 2: You pick it up and are responsible for handling from the time it is placed in your carrier
